This is me with my Papa. I’m pretty sure I’m about 3 years old here. It’s been almost 20 years since he died and I still miss him.
About Love Thursday: Love is All Around Us
On Thursday, August 17th, 2006, Irene Nam from MOMster in Paris and Karen Walrond from Chookooloonks declared every Thursday “Love Thursday,” inviting people to post pictures depicting love on their websites each week. In conjunction with this, behold the “Love Thursday” pool: feel free to upload your photographs depicting love in all its forms — love of a partner, love of a child, love of a favourite toy, love of life — to share with everybody. Unusual images of love — fallen leaves that look like hearts, for example — are also very welcome.

Makes me think of my grandmother. And you know what? I don’t think I’ve got but one or two pics of us together. :O( She’s been gone 22 years now. I still miss her.

My grandfathers were both quite young when they passed away, so I have only a few fleeting memories of them, but I treasure the memories that I do have. Nice post!
