More on Broken by Kelley Armstrong

…well actually not a whole lot more. I keep trying to write down something about this story and I just can’t seem to do it without giving away too many spoilers. I HATE when people give away the good bits (and trust me the whole book is good bits *g*) so I just want to say…read this book BUT only read it after you’ve read the rest of the series. There is soooooooooooo much going on in this story that I believe it is better enjoyed when read in proper order.

Kelley Armstrong has such an amazing way of creating characters and a story that makes the reader want to never put the book down. You want to stay in the worlds of these people. If you don’t believe me, go to Kelley’s website. She has a very active discussion board there along with many other goodies for her readers. Just make sure you have plenty of time to explore when you visit there. 🙂

  1. Erin, i will check these out. One thing, are they sensual? I read all sorts of romance, erotic romance but i like to know what sensuality cuz then I go with my mood. Who would you compare that sensuality with or how you’d rate it? Thanks. I too got to find the book order to read these in.

  2. I’d say that there are romantic and perhaps sensual elements to these stories but I don’t think of them as romances. When I see them in the book stores they’re either in the fiction section or horror (not that I think they’re horror either lol).

Definitely not erotic romances. Fantastic stories though 🙂 I hope that helps Cathie.

  3. Ok Erin, that helps bunches. I didn’t read LKH books (Hamilton) but heard lots about them but wasn’t sure if they were similar to that in that sort of content. Not that I don’t read that, but just haven’t gotten around to getting either, so i’ll check out Armstrong’s first. Thanks.

  4. No I don’t think there is any similarities between Kelley and LKH *shudders* lol

I suppose some of LKH’s earlier books are alright but I don’t like most of them. All sex and no plot it seems to me. Lots of people do like her though.
