*sigh*

I’ve had to put 4 books to the side (one of them for the second time) this week because I’m bored with them.

That’s about $40 wasted.

I’ll go back to them in a couple of months and hopefully they’ll appeal to me then.

  1. Ouch! I hate when that happens. Luckily, I have read some really wonderful books latel; but, in the past, I have had that same problem.

  2. I’ve devoured some books lately. Of course it helps that it’s authors I love anyway *g*

sorry you got hold of some boring ones. Of course they weren’t any of mine, right? *grin*

  3. Oh, I know how you feel. Especially since $40 is half a tank of gas now a days. But then there are times when I pick up a book and get bored. I find that later, when I’m in a different mood, it might be just what I needed. Keep trying, if not, give to the library. ((((hugs)))

  4. Of course it wasn’t one of your books Jaci *g* I’m guaranteed a good read with those 🙂

I’ve read some really good ones lately too. I’ll blog about some of them soon 🙂 I was just feeling pouty about these particular books. I really WANT to like them. I just can’t get into them right this moment.

Bonita – It’s weird because books have to keep my attention in the first 10 or sometimes 15 pages for me to buy them in the first place. I just must not be in the right mood for these books.
